  • Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges
  • Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of invoice date

We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Jexovia AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Jexovia in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Conduct that may harm Jexovia or other clients

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services will cease immediately
  • You remain liable for all fees incurred up to the termination date
  • Confidentiality obligations will survive termination
  • We will return or destroy your confidential information as required by law

Changes to Terms

Jexovia reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Notice of changes will be provided by:
